Joely Pacifico Carasia

Joely graduated from the French Culinary Institute in New York City. She was the former pastry chef at Le Plummet Royal in Princeton, New Jersey. Nutrition major at the University of Hartford ended when Joely decided to take a semester off school while her father was ill. Never returning to finish her degree she now decided it was time to peruse her real love, which was cooking.

November of 1993, Piece O'Cake opened its doors in Shrewsbury, New Jersey. Celebrating their 15th year in 2008, Piece O'Cake has served thousands of clients statewide. Including bridal shows, charities and wedding cakes for many well-known venues that are local to our shop.
